OUR STORY
After years of supporting international Black Hawk operators from within the OEM environment, we could no longer ignore what we were seeing: the OEM delivered an incredible aircraft, but the aftermarket support they provided was failing the customer. Operators were asking for help and getting delays. They were asking for flexibility and getting rigid processes. Too often, critical needs were addressed with standardized solutions that didn’t reflect the realities of their missions, environments, or people.
We believed international Black Hawk customers deserved better — not someday, but now. Better access. Better responsiveness. Better support built around how their aircraft were actually flown and maintained. That belief ultimately led us to make a difficult but deliberate decision: to walk away from the OEM world and build Phoenix Global Aviation Services from the ground up.
Phoenix Global exists for one reason: to serve international Black Hawk operators with support that is affordable, responsive, and genuinely tailored to their needs.
We are driven by a deep respect for the people who operate and maintain these aircraft and a passion for helping them realize their full potential. Everything we do is focused on keeping Black Hawk aircraft flying safely, efficiently, and reliably — so our customers can accomplish and bring home every mission.
